All available shipping options indicated at checkout. Shipping preference is acknowledged but not guaranteed.

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days.

If you are ordering an out-of-stock item, estimated arrival times are indicated in the product description. Should that timeframe change, you will be notified via email and can choose then to keep the order or to cancel the order.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance requirements, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer remains responsible for the full order amount, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any fees assessed to Dovecote Home. Refused or abandoned international shipments will not be refunded.
