Refund policy

Kindly read all descriptions carefully and contact us prior to purchase if you have questions. We will gladly provide further descriptions and suggestions. 

Purchases are non-returnable. However, if an item is found defective/damaged, please notify us through the Contact Us form for a return authorization.

Gift cards are also non-returnable

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer remains responsible for the full order amount, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any fees assessed to Dovecote Home. Refused or abandoned international shipments will not be refunded. Refusal to pay import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges does not constitute a valid cancellation or return.
